Look what I found last night -University of Illinois -Illinois Public Media interview of Nikki Pugh of Bundles of Blossoms 2006

I just love how my porch looks this time of year, but this is not what today's blog is about.

(I just wanted to show you my pumpkins)

Nice pumpkins don't you think?

We have thirty pumpkins here at the ol' homestead, this year.

Focus, Nikki, focus........

So, last night I was searching for some Illinois publications or publications pertaining to the Midwest and stumbled on an old interview that I had given to a reporter named Jiffy Johnson of WILL public radio at the University of Illinois many moons ago.

I was so very very nervous and I remember telling the reporter that I was too nervous to give this interview. She was very sweet and told me that they would edit it and for me to just talk, but I was shallow breathing and my heart was palpitating and practically up in my throat.

I hadn't heard this interview since it was on the radio back in 2006. It was pretty darn cool to hear it last night and my nerves, once again, went crazy. I actually did this interview in 2005, but it aired I think in January of 2006. So just in case you'd like to put a voice with the face............well..................here ya go!

Just click on the link right HERE. Read the instructions I just wrote below-

*Turn your volume up, push the play button, slide your slider to 42:10

*You might have to listen to about 20 seconds of weird music and then the interview begins*

You can also just click on this actual link if you'd like-

Lanyardlady-if I'm famous I'd certainly like the cash that goes along with the fame-LOL!!!!

Bubbles-YAY!!! Do you mean the interview was strange or hearing what my voice sounds like-HA!!! I was so nervous and you can hear it in my voice-(giggle giggle giggle)

Its strange to hear your voice, its a bit like when you get a photograph of someone at you imagined them to look differently to what they are (in a nice way). I imagined yours to have a stronger accent.

I think you'll be great at doing Vlogs.

Bubbles I totally understand that, too!! I am always shocked after reading a blog where I have never seen the bloggers photo and then I see one and am shocked. Pleasantly surprised, but not what my mind had them looking as.

I am such a girlie girl-I wish I had a stronger voice-LOL! I save my strong voice for my kiddos and hubby when they need to get back in line-LOL! When that "voice" comes out things start going my way around here and really quickly-LOLOLOLOL!!!!
